Customer Support is Critical for Brand Positive Affirmation

I went to a Elite multi brand store for window shopping. I am not intend to buy anything. One sale staff in that store broke my perception to do window shopping… Finally i did shopping. He made me feel good…. He showed lot of options to suit my taste, budget. Moreover, he is very pro-active. His intention was to make me feel good, not push to buy the product. 

He changed my perception about that shop. This Shop is a big brand. I persumed that it will caters to elite group. But one Marketer (I will not call him the sales man) changed my perception about that shop. There is good stuff for anyone for their budget. 

Now a days, it is very easy to copy-cat product & services. But the good customer support is the only differenatior between brands / products.
